I would have liked to attend, but I would have to spend time with my siblings, and that is a deal breaker.  :P
Have fun guys. Hopefully this will be where Atlas announces the H12-44......in N!

Best wishes, Dave

And Kato will release an E6 and E7!  And a '57 Hiawatha!  And a Little Joe!

I heard Atlas might have something new.

Atlas, and perhaps a few other manufacturers as well.

We'll have the new log car samples there, production is underway...and Eric will announce a significant new addition to our N scale line.

Might be more surprises than just the one.

OK, I'm gonna be snarky... Does a new paint scheme on a pre-existing body style qualify as a "significant new addition"?

I bet there are more to come...

No doubt there will be, but I don't know if my bank account can keep up. NSC actually has lots of convention run sets listed for this convention, but most of them are for different names or homages to certain companies.

A Milwaukee Road S-2 would be really nice :D

I already have an Arnold S2.

Walthers might be good enough to re-release the Erie Builts and DL109s in Milwaukee colours again.

It sounded like a good idea at the time... too bad the caboose wasn't in on the plan.

........and no one has said "the -2" project yet..........? For the love of A$$hatism, come on people; get with the program here..................

last time I was in Milwaukee I went to a cool steak place; the "Grenadier".... old style joint but the Caesar salad was the living end... full leaf, dressing made at the table and "woooow" was it good..... Darned if I know if it's still there..... downtown somewhere....

Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

I already have an Arnold S2.

Which means you don't have a good modern drive design (gear drive instead of spring drive--yeesh), working headlights, exceptional painting and lettering, DCC, and even sound... yikes, how does Altas cram all of that in?

If you go downtown check out the Safe House.  Ask the locals how and where to get in.  A fun time...

And order up a Spotted Cow- only available behind the Cheddar Curtain.

The convention is off to a great start.  The layouts on the layout tours have been fantastic!

Which is a lot closer for the DMV Crew.  Cool.  Anyone arrange an  :ashat: group photo yet?
