Oh and special thanks to John(lemosteam) and josh(chicken45) they sent me pictures to help reference placement of wiring and just offered general advice, they really showed what this hobby is about helping other modeler's out

Yup! I'm also the one twisting his arm to put to put sound in it! THAT'S NEARLY $120 WORTH OF PEER PRESSURE RIGHT THERE!  :ashat:  :ashat:

Cody,
I also want to add that the smokebox support beams....I wouldn't thread them through that plate near the steam pipes. I know the instructions say to drill a hole and thread it through, but I don't think you have to. I doesn't look like that on the prototypes. I actually glued the brace in the smokebox and that was it. I didn't glue the other side in case I need to take the shell off. It's a pressure fit. I don't think the angle of the support will be that far off.

That whistle (?) sounds like someone stepped on a duck !  The rest of it sounds great !

I believe that is actually a recording of of a PRR "Banshee" freight whistle.  Any questions on how it got its nickname?

It really is a haunting whistle. Awesome! And it happens to work in to my autumn theme.

I mean Josh if you want to donate a sound decoder to the "Cody Orr Foundation for N scale L1`s" you gladly can!
But thinking just doing 2 of them would cost $240!:O

Just do one. Besides, I spent my money on more bacon and Bicentennial GG1s that I can't run under wire.

I finally got the used car lot done , now I need to get out and put it on the layout and blend it in.

Thanks Robert , I hope it looks good on the layout. That area has hung me up for awhile.
