Given that the WM car is lettered 'CSXT', I take it we're going to allow cars that don't have the original reporting marks, yes?
Even rarer. Not that many cars were done in Family Lines. Caught this car just last week.
I would say if the majority of the original paint scheme is intact, i.e., the heritage is obvious, patches are allowed.DFF
NYC cars are more likely to be ex-Conrail cars transferred to CSXT after the splitup....NS seems to be painting out/patching a lot of old cars and restenciling them with their original reporting marks. This seems to be especially the case for gons from what I've seen.- Lou
Heh, I just thought of a neat game, being inspired by that B&O gon. What's the oldest piece of equipment you have spotted (please provide photographic evidence) on the rails. Museum, maintenance of way and, derelict equipment parked in a yard don't count, so preferably, we'd be looking for things still running in general service.
