Late to the party. Bit of an interesting one, pair of CN yard switcher GP9RM's out on the road pulling a Belleville-Toronto freight. Not to fast up the hills and the leader caught fire close to Mac Yard!
Oops. Even EMDs can catch fire, I guess. Doesn't a pair of GP9's pulling double-stacks seem a little incongruous? There's, oh, about 50 years of separation between the technologies. I know that UP once assigned the 3985 to a stack train for drawbar testing, but the anachronism was clearly intentional.
