I would seriously try to hide this if I were these guys. I can just hear the explanation.....it seemed like a good idea at the time.
If I have a dollar for every time my wife heard that, I would have a lot of dollars.

The fact that they were standing so close to the chain/rope/cable at the start of the clip kinda tells me we weren't dealing with physics majors in the first place. That the rope held and didn't break to whip back and cut one of 'em in half is actually the preferable outcome here.  :scared:

I wonder if the loco backing on our side had the engineer in it , and told to duck if the chain snapped .

I hope ther were no injuries , and if not  :D :D :D :D :D

Even a tow truck operator could see the risk . hell even I could .
