I've kinda been on vacation from model railroading for the last year or so.

Last I heard, Fox announced that they were coming out with various versions of the GP60's??

Did I miss them, haven't they hit the streets yet, or were they killed off???

Still pending. Pre-production samples have been shown, last news was "soon", and "worth waiting for".

Thanks guys, appreciate the update. Not a facebooker, but I'll keep my eyes and ears open, just in case I get the bug for a few of these when they hit the streets

Their Facebook presence is pretty good.  The photos and ads are easy to scroll through- I can see the advantage of this over a conventional company website, but it is harder to find information directly.

On George's Wig-Wag site, the shipping information that was given him by FVM shows a July delivery for these units

You don't have to be a "Facebooker" to look at their page. Just click on the blue facebook button on their web site and ignore the login box.

If it's any consolation, I just got two five packs of containers from Deluxe innovations that I pre-ordered in 2008.    That's three years older than my GP60 pre-order.

What about the SPFs that preordered the BLI M1s...my pusher back in PA stated that he's had 2 or 3 guys who preordered them die since the initial announcements.

Apples and oranges. The GP60's exist, delivery of customer product frustrated by the increasing SNAFU of China production. The M1's have always been vaporware.

But point taken. My longest wait after pre-ordering was with the BLMA TOFC flats, just a couple months shy of three years. A lot can happen in that time.

I'm at a little over 7 months for my Dapol GWR 57xx 0-6-0PT (Pannier Tank).
Hopefully Dapol doesn't push it back any further...
