Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to make it. I've just traveled too much this past year, and the thought of an 800-mile roundtrip is too much.

I'm disappointed too. Just made the 440-mile run today, sometimes through hellacious rain, and think I need a rest. Also found out upon our return that our dearest friend is getting married that weekend. That alone kills it.

so, here's my proposal.  How's about all  :ashat:'s in attendance have an appropriate Hawaiian shirt OR the N Scale Weekend Shirt, and meet at BANTRAK at 11:30?  Then we get one of Seuss's colleagues to do the obligatory photo, make a bunch of bad jokes, and disperse for lunch.  My thinking is first passes should be complete by then, and folks not sticking around to feast on roast pig won't be held up from departing.

Or I can just go sit in the corner . . .  :trollface:
