I would think that the lower piping is the train line and the upper pipes are for the dumping mechanism.

Makes sense.  I may have to play with SketchUP and see if I can figure out the rest of the dimenssions.  Not that I have the skill to put one together, but a good excersize.

If either or both of you can pull this off, I'd appreciate it.  This looks like a fun little scratchbuilding exercise, but my Sketchup abilities are non-existant.
