Ton of new stuff coming from FVM,  not any of it useful to me - but I'm sure many will be really excited!

Cool. Nothing for me, but I've got so much coming that it's a good thing.

Someone want to explain the Canstock car? I assume the H30 is PRR?

The Can Stock car is a 60's car that was used to haul coils of alum and tin for making tin cans if I remember correctly. I need to dig through my Sentinels and find the article on them from a few years back.

That's mighty ambitious. Wish it was Sd40-2's instead of ACE's, but no complaints at all.

Low headlight SD70aces!  Yes!!!! That makes SD70M-2 bashes much easier!  Maybe even a M-2 model....  :D :D :D

Right on the canstock car, the large offset door helped forklifts load rolled sheet metal.

The H30 is a PRR car that made it through PC and Conrail before retirement.

Didn't they get the memo that TrainCat already does the H30?  I've been very tempted to get some of those for awile now. The main problem is that I don't have any industries to support them other than the catch all port and interchanges.

Some cool stuff, however a couple of items cause me to still question why the 50' MILW ribsides couldn't be tooled with wider doors to make some of the schemes more appropriate.

BEANO WAGONTOPS!!!  AAAAAAHHHHHHH!

I smell an era change in the wind...  Maybe a new small layout based on the OML around Sykesville...

A Life Like station, a Kato Mike...  some BLMA or Train Cat CPLs...

and Ilchester on the other side of the hollow core door...

Then I can get obsessive compulsive about B&O Passenger gear!

Someone get me a damp towel.  I'm feeling faint...

Does anyone know the era for the Southern gondola? I could use some if they were around in 1971.

Hmm... I wasn't around
in 1971...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.
"It works! It works!"

I've already got all the SD70ACe's I need from Kato, but I might be able to find an excuse for a Milwaukee caboose....

Ah now, an SD40-2 asarge ...... That would have dragged some dollars from my wallet! Sadly if it was going to happen I think it would have done so by now.

Cheers,

Kev

Thats for the explanation. Can Stock likely never came to Canada, but it's likely that the H30 did, but did any make it to, say 1989?
