Joe Public. Amherst is "by invitation" and not by application; you sign up on a waiting list and wait for them to consider you worthy of being a part of the show. So an NZT booth would be at minimum a year off and possibly more.

Dave, the ARS has a waiting list for the day of the show. I know that is a hard thing as you pack up and HOPE they can get you in. But, every year, I mean every single year I go, there are always empty tables there in a few of the buildings.

Actually you should apply.  ESM's first year was 2012.  I emailed a letter late summer 2011 which was acknowledged quickly and got a follow-up reply in mid autumn asking if I still was interested in a table.  Last year was the first expansion into the Mallary Complex, which helped.  But if you require only one table and an electrical feed, they are pretty good at getting you in.  And then, once you're in, you keep your spot for as long as you wish.  The paperwork arrives by mail in early autumn.  The show director is very accommodating, and I've never had any issues these two years.  You would get approved in a heartbeat.  So would Stonebridge.

My father is heading up there next weekend and I've asked him to seek you out... Any chance an N scale G22 gon or one of your N scale Pennsy covered hoppers might be there?

Just a comment on behalf of those of us who live too far away to attend this show and others mentioned on this forum.
1. I always hope some of the attendees will report in afterwards.
2. John Sing has done a nice job of doing so for some west coast US shows.
3. Looks like the photographers are already posting here.

It is difficult to not feel like an outsider when one reads such announcements and follow up.

The ESM table will be in the Mallary Complex, which is the building the show expanded into last year.  Lots of manufacturers in that building, including Atlas, TrueLine Trains, Archer, and Rapido.  It's a good building to be in for exposure.  Atlas is a major pull that draws the crowd in, and the aisles are wider in Mallary than in BLC, Stroh and Young.

I am hoping a local A$$hat will coordinate at the date draws near...  there's gotta be at least one worthwhile home layout up there...  for a sat pm visit...

In case basements get boring, there is always N-Trak.
I'll be there as part of New Jersey Southern's contingent and if the staff did it right my badge will display both my name and my railwire "handle".
My Kato F3 A-B pair will be pulling for the Pennsy (with brass N5-c with custom paint and decal work). Just look for the ultra bright headlight that came standard with the Digitrax decoder.
