I just had a bizarre question pop into my mind.

Does anyone know if the military used appropriately painted school buses to haul service members around? I wouldn't mind having one or two painted for the Army.

Hmm... Kiz first wanted
clear buses, then yellow
buses, now he wants
olive green...

Two scientists create a teleportation ray, and they try it out on a cricket. They put the cricket on one of the two teleportation pads in the room, and they turn the ray on.
The cricket jumps across the room onto the other pad.

Yes, I rode in a OD bus, in the 60s while in Basic and AIT, US Army.

Looked like a school bus to me.  I am sure they bought later models as years went by.

That's good to hear. I was in the Army in the mid 80s, and I'm sure we rode places in school buses, but I couldn't remember if they were owned/painted by the military, of if they were rented for the few occasions we used them.

This means David will sell me two more school buses in addition to the five I originally wanted.

Hmm... I want a bus
painted with paisley
designs...

How does something sell so fast that no body here posted it was listed in stock , or said they ordered x amount of them , or posted a shot of one they got ? This has NEVER happened before .

Looks like DKS has a winner on his hands (the Cat)!
I'm just about to order couple of clear and yellow buses (from MBK)... while they are still in stock!

The CATs sold out in less than a day. I checked MBK around noon today and they weren't listed yet.  I'm guessing for flatcar loads many bought more than one.
