Scott is upgrading the Passenger Shelters and will add them to his store.

The watch box actually has a stove in it.
He plans to make a simpler, less expensive version for poor people like me.

I looked around your friends shapeways pages, it seems like he is open to some suggestions. I'm sure he's seen this page, but I'll post the link,

There are a few possibilities like the tool house, scale house, telephone box, water tank, etc., etc., etc. I would be interested in any or all the above.

Here are the cheaper version (no stove) version of Scott's PRR Watch Boxes (Crossing Shanties).
I used Vollmer's paint recommendations.
Only the camera pics up the paint roughness.
The figures are the oversized (1:150) Chinese ones.

Hey Rick,
They look pretty good. What was your finishing technique? On the watch box you might want to paint the window and door frames brown like in the pic at the link.

I got the "expensive" one, its soaking in bestine. I learned after my other shapeways adventure.
