Added a few non railroad industries along side the yard.  Need a bit of work on the loading dock and a few figures.

It is software that takes the in-focus portions of a bracketed series of photos of the same scene and knits them into one in-focus photo, to give the illusion of a much greater depth-of-field.  Current versions of the software can interface directly with certain cameras and make the precise settings for each photo.

From when Norfolk Southern ordered these cars in 1914 until the end of passenger service on the NS, these were the cars used.  They were painted a green similar to Pullman Green with gold lettering and pin stripes along the bottom.

I am thinking that the sides may be candidates for etching, with Micro Trains roofs and trucks.

 I think splicing some Athearn/MDC 50' overland cars may be a more straight forward method to make these cars. Certianly not the exact window copy but fairly close.

A case where having the old HO scale MDC "Pullman Palace" cars available in N scale would be a BIG help!!

I was out of town this past week, but a couple of Fairbanks_Morse switcher shells arrived from South Boulder Model Works and Shapeways.

I picked up some Bestine from the art supply store and into the dip they went. These fit the Atlas VO-1000 mechanism, and are the signature motive power on the Beer Line.
