I like the Seaboard System cars but can't imagine friction bearing trucks still being in much use by 1983-86 (the SBD years).

What year where friction bearing trucks banded for interchange? I read in MR freight car book 1990 and I read online in a MR article it was 1980. What year where they banded? Thanks Rich

Excellent news!CP had a few offset side hoopers with rib side extenisions in amongst the 356000-356024 and 358000-358599 series - I know the first run's barely been annouced but any chance we might see the multimark (and script) in the second run?
