I also seem to recall that there was also a (2-stall?) diesel service facility using that sawtooth roof.  I remember it being sold under Model Power name,

But the Bing link doesn't work. When I click your link I get the map centered on Youngstown :

Bing has been doing that for a while now.

That's odd, because it starts out OK--you can briefly see the close-up view of the plant--then refreshes itself.

EDIT: I think I found the problem. The link fails if the view orientation is rotated. If it's due north, then it works. Try this one: http://binged.it/12xjA8E

All the same, here's a screen grab (click to supersize):

Boy, would I ever love to trespass on that property (wearing a hardhat, just in case)...

Probably a hazard suit and mask too, maybe?

Quick silly question re BING. I ahve just spent a few hours tracking down the D&H mainline for my new layout. I agree Bing is much clearer.. Did someone mention that you can go back in time with Bing? I cant see how?

I got the 1950's view from the USGS:

You end up downloading very large single images that need to be unzipped.

If I rotate things around I see in one view that the whole building to the left has been torn down.  :|
