That looks like nicely aged concrete that has seen a few decades of wear from traffic and whatnot.

Ohh, too old then. I am going to focus on the road for now and come back to the concrete later. I might keep it the way it is or sand it down and repaint it. More washes of the gray/tan mix might tone down the differing shades somewhat too.
