Thanks. It's scratch built, unfortunately I don't have any under construction photos. It's built in 2 pieces, the long section and the peaked section on the left. I used the solid wood method I showed earlier in the thread.

Here's a crude track plan, not to scale. It's about 11 feet top-to-bottom (measured along the left side) by about 17 feet left to right measured along the bottom, about 21 feet Left to right along the top

I'm going to steal some ideas from this, with heat pump relocated, I have an almost identical foot print to use.

Excellent.....I think you'll like it. It has plenty of work between the paper mill and the roof plant. there's 4 hidden branch stubs. I stage coal trains on 2 of them, bring empties down and loads back up. The one at lower left goes to a partially hidden tipple that gets switched by the same mine run that works the visible mine and the small loader. This hidden stub branch at the lower left could be connected to the one at top center behind the back drop for a empties in/loads out setup. the double end staging yard lets me run through trains whenever it suits me.

Just about finished the fence around the coal yard. Still need to add fences and gates along the roadside after I finish the buildings...

But have you thought of putting in some telephone poles LI?  I think some poles would really make that scene.

Line poles are on my to do list.....I have some in in the town scenes near buildings....



I plan to re-do the ones I have, they need to be painted....
