So here's a new wrinkle.  I purchased one of these last weekend and just put it on the track.  It rolls fine on straight track, but as soon as it enters a curve it binds up and stops.  And the curves are 16" and 17.5"!  I haven't put it in a train or behind an engine, just pushing it along.

I haven't pulled out the OptiVisor yet, but it certainly appears that the underframe is installed properly.  I think, but am not positive, that the wheels are catching on the underframe as the trucks swivel, as oposed to catching on the car body.

Has anyone else seen this?  Any thoughts on a fix?
