Kato experts got a question about SD40-2 Snoot

I have an Kato SD40-2 Snoot mech and was curious does anyone know if another shell will fit that mech. I can almost guarantee that I wont find another shell for my SD40-2 snoot until Kato re-releases it.

Yes - the snoot mechanism is the same as the standard SD40-2...

Thanks for the heads up. Although not my roadname I won an auction for a Kato BNSF SD40-2 Snoot shell tonite, woot woot.
