That is why I think a n SD40-2 is not far off. With the CN units tooled, they are most of the way there...
A GMDD SD40-2W and an EMD SD40-2 are entirely different animals. About the only pieces that could be re-used are the trucks, mechanism, and dynamic brake hatches.
Ok but with some detail errors? If you mean a big dent in the cab roof, a shell that won't stay on, a huge gap between the cab and hood and handrails with burrs from the dust and dirt that was painted over, then I've got a locomotive to sell you...
