Your 2011 "Project of the Year"

What was the one project that you will remember 2011 for....? A bash, scratch build, new building or structure...maybe a new section of main line laid....could be that impossible DCC conversion or signal install... completion of that new benchwork....what was the ONE project that was 2011's finest ?

A scratch built flanger......always wanted one; and I persevered past a few initial failures.....

I didn't get the chance to do any big projects due to ESM/X58-work and work-work.  Maybe next year.

I think I'd qualify the ESM CPR cars as "project of the year"....but then again I'm biased....

I worked all year on a layout and there is nothing to show for it!  A lot of learning though!!

Therefore, my 'project of the year' would have to be my first detail job, the CN GP40-2:




Looking forward to 2012 and the new layout!
