It's been discussed, but not sure about what and when.

The single biggest thing MTL can do for "modelers" is a variation in roof availability. I'd be overwelmed with joy for various roofs I could use with these fine cars.... and Caandian Pacific did have some very similar cars; not exact and not many, but a few that are "close enough for jazz".....
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

B&O will be one of the early ones.  This one is for my layout.

blue or green or both? (would fit nice with Matt's new wagon tops)

also... C&O had green and blue/yellow versions (would go well with the WOT cars)

milwaukee and CN had some...

and make Ed foam and give him his FEC

Please space out the B&O and C&O versions so my wallet has time to recover.

B&O with possibly two diff schemes, most likely a Pennsy, as well as potentially C&O in two schemes :o

I feel like I just hit the lotto!

WM cars were all 77' with 2 axle trucks, and weren't paired windows.  They were closer to Reading commuter cars.

Joe,

Will the coach interior fit inside the parlor car body?  It might make life easier to model the New Haven parlor-to-commuter car conversions.

Any chance you can pop the roof and show the interior?

:) Shipsure/Joe, thank you very much for the preview.  I am looking forward to them arriving in the LHS.
I will be tempted to buy from the first release even though the B&O ones are my primary interest.

Here is the interior shot.  The interior will fit the parlor car, but it is somewhat short.

Excellent.  I just care about the seats.  I can keep the parlor vestibules to stretch the interior to the proper length.

Now if someone could convince Bachmann to release their new Doodlebug trailer coach as a separate item, we'd be set.

Apologies for cross posting but this is another excellent car. Would it be at all possible to provide the steps separately?

First, nice car, Joe.  Second what are the big loops on the end of the truck side frames?  I'm trying to figure out their 1:1 purpose and they seem to big to be the chain connection point.

I'm sure that they're prototypical but Enquiring minds want to know. (c)
Best regards,

Roger

Thanks for the interior shot, Joe!!!  That answers my question about the interior... those bench seats will come in handy in a number of ways!!!

Bryan... have something for you to look at... will have it posted soon.  I am sure something can be done to replicate the New Haven commuter coaches between the interiors of the coach and the parlor shell...
