I was perusing ebay earlier and came across this which is suspect to me:

It looks much like the UP one. I guess I also have issued with the username:   trustdeal for you    :?

Which "UP one" are you referring to?

I like how he uses pictures taken from the net for the prototype, wonder if he gets permission?

I've seen a number of these ads - personally, my guess is that they are on the level, but really not good with English.

The "Brand New from factory" line is the key. Probably brand new from the factory in the guys pocket. I question Atlas products, made in China, for US distribution, showing up in China. I think they may have skipped a distribution step or two.

Could those locomotives be rejects or rejected production overage so Atlas won't get stuck with warehousing them?

Still,I have concerns on the "distribution" route of that Atlas engine.

I wouldn't buy it.
