AZL September New Items Part 1

American Z Line has released New York Central GP30s for September. The NYCs are item 62105. Three road numbers have been released. They are 6116, 6121 and 6124. Road specific details include single air horns above the cab windows and the lack of dynamic brakes. MSRP is $159.00.



AZL has announced CNW bay window cabooses. The CNW caboose represents a version with the windows plated over. The caboose is item 92010. Two road numbers have been released. They are 11072 and 11076. The MSRP is $64.00.



Northern Pacific ACF 3-bay have been released. The cars are in the accurate NP light green, gray livery. A runner pack and single have been released. The runner pack is item 90317-1. The road numbers are 76354, 76360, 76390 and 76395. The MSRP for the runner pack is $119.00.

The single is item 91317-1. The road number is 76295, The MSRP is $36.00.



AZL has also released a runner pack and single of PRTX tank cars. The cars have the 'Interstate Asphalt 1' logo on in red, white and blue. The runner pack is item 90513-1. The MSRP is $113.00.

The single car is item 91513-1. The road number is 147. The MSRP is $32.00.

For future reference, the non-dynamic brake GP30's don't have screens on the side of the brake blister.  Looks like the roof fan was removed, correctly, but the side screen should be plated over as well.

And weren't the roofs on C&NW cabeese green?

AZL was aware that the non-dynamic versions did not have the screens. They looked into the tooling to make the blisters correct, but it was too high to justify. They did manage to do the roofs correct thanks to a slide in the tooling. I was surprised to see the double horns. This was a nice touch.
