It's the cookies. If I drop my privacy to "Accept All", I stay logged in. If I then move the privacy back to 'medium' I can't log out. The cookies may be trying to write too much information, or at least information that IE deems 'not secure'.If you want to just log in forever, try dropping the security and loggin in, then just put the security back to 'default' (assuming that's where it was before).Jason
....this is a cookie session issue, not a browser issue.
How does that work with the Privacy settings? With the Privacy policy set to "Accept All" everything seems to work. With the policy set to "Low", the cookie is is 'restricted'.With the policy set to "Medium", the cookie is 'blocked'.Jason
Jason, it has nothing to do with your computer, it is a php or asp scripting issue in the software. I can really go into scripting a cookie, but I am sure that I would bore you more than your aunt Gertrude would with her 500 image slide show of the cheese museum's chedder room....andthe spell check does not work
If you turn off the cookies settings on your browser, you will not be able to log into a site that requires cookies. By upping the security level, it "should" help block threats to your computer, but in reality only makes browsing more difficult
Since you are still up and know something about this, please look at this thread and see what you think.http://0322f95.netsolhost.com/forum/index.php/topic,24373.0.htmlJason
