Yep, that's the NWSL wheels.  The Protocraft wheels have the correct back profile, but do not fit into the converted Atlas truck. (The Protocraft roller bearing trucks have been sold out for years, but I am still hoping that they will get more "some day" -- hopefully before I die...  :facepalm: )

I’ve been trying to get Norm’s attention to ask about that.  I like Jim Lincoln’s conversion bolsters for Atlas trucks, but the Protocrafts are exquisite.

Really you have to see these in-hand to appreciate them.   One pair of those trucks tho costs more than that Railbox sitting behind it in the pic  :ashat:   (about as much as some N scale diesels).   :o

How much does one of those trucks weigh?  It looks like it could be an actual pound or so.
