I was thinking about you yesterday, Gary.  Good to see you’re well, and I look forward to your updates.

Ha! I was beginning to worry about you, Gary, but now see you have a good excuse :P
Looks like this time of year may be a good time to visit your daughter and run some trains on a warm Cajon day!
Kind regards, with best wishes for the holidays,
Otto

This is why I wouldn't want a detached garage in Colorado (and it's supposed to be -14 in a couple of nights!).

But what is that hanging from the string?   Almost looks like a banana...?   :?

Problem solved.  Not easily or expeditiously, but problem solved.  :D

^^^ Insane video Foxxy.  I think I'd be sent to the looney farm long before I was able to finish mine.  :)

But what is that hanging from the string?   Almost looks like a banana...?   :?

A wind chime!  It's hardly ever windy enough in the patio to make it go though (somewhat thankfully).

Looks like this time of year may be a good time to visit your daughter and run some trains on a warm Cajon day!

Otto

Thanks Otto - Happy Holidays to you too, and all the TRW minions.

Diana is headed to LA in early January, for the first time since covid, but I can't make it.  :(  Too busy with this new project:

This is the mount for a new little 4 m radio telescope we're building in the Okanagan.  It's now painted and shipped to the Observatory.  :)

Gary, you always had rock solid benchwork, but that is perhaps taking it a bit too far!

The guy in the middle says, "I see the pin you're pointing to and, yes, it certainly appears to be a mounting point, but you have yet to tell me which side of the Möbius strip it attaches to."
