NSC is sold out, but I think BLW still has some for sale for less than that.

I don't see them, so I guess I saw them on another site, but I don't remember where.

Are these N Scale Kits heavy duty flats with a resin bonnet?
There's a shyness found in reason

Yes.  They and the loads were provided by the customer, we painted and assembled the cars.  Lots of weight there!

Cool effort on the part of everyone involved.  Too modern for me, but pretty sweet.

Those are pretty cool.   I wouldn't spend that kinda cash on them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they sold at that.

They are cool, but the basic N Scale Kits flatcar is only $20.99 (http://www.nscalekits.com/ P/N NS070).  Were the resin additions, decals and paint really worth an additional $270?  And what did the set cost to members, anyway?

1 @ $89.50
2 @ $169.00

After looking into these, not that I'd want any,  I think the seller is trying to cut a fat hog like a lot of sellers are doing these days.
His shipping was high as well.

And notice how he says he won't relist if they don't sell.  Agree on the fat hog comment.  If he priced them at half what they sold at NSC for, he'd get more then he paid for them.

Agreed!

All you need are two people who wanted them and the auction would take off like the shuttle itself!  The price would definitely go above the original NON member price!

Did you happen to see that some member bought a N scale Medusa Kit for $139.50 + $11.75 the other day?
I noticed one night and just sent and email to a buddy who was looking for one about hour before it ended and said that I couldn't imagine that anyone would pay that for that kit.  You could probably have one custom built and a nicer looking building when your all said and done.

I went back looked and someone had put two bids on the kit!
Now I bet that seller will raise his price again.

Now I'm not knockin either party.  No one is holding a gun to their heads saying you have to list it at that price and no one is forcing them to buy it for that price either.  What they decide to do is there own business, but it's kind of interesting so how things pan out.

Hell, I'd probably be willing to give you $30 for just decals.
