If they were still able, they likely went to the UP or a leasing company like NOKL or other.

What roads got these after CNW?

I wouldn't be surprised if AEX, CRDX, or FURX (among others) had some of these. Most remaining Rock cars are in potash service and a handful are in grain service. On a different note, I handled two Thrall ex-Rock cars last year.
