Working harder does not equal working smarter. Consumer approval and consideration, which such outdated content on a poorly designed to begin with website, could have impact in terms of income. You know the old adage "You gotta spend money to make money"? If they don't have enough people on staff with the proper knowledge then hire a contractor, design a website that's easy to maintain, or go back to just print advertising, but don't make customers suffer crappy and questionable business practices.

)... a new consumer might stumble upon the notice of the semi-retirement sale and wonder whether the company's gonna be around soon and whether they should bother to build a relationship with a company that's not going to be around much longer. I mean, come on, retirement and going-out-of-business are synonymous. Isn't a gag like that just kinda like shooting yourself in the foot?
