Exactrail has a two page ad in this month's Model Railroad News. One page dedicated to their newest N scale car, the Evans 5277 box. Looks like a good choice!

Looking at the HO release they did, the NSL, MB and D&H are all of interest to me. Love the per diem era shortline cars, and in my era most would not have been restenciled for another owner... not covered with urban 'art' either.

Was wondering if ER had forgotten about us, though must say it is weird that they aren't doing that SOU waffle in N yet.

I'll pass this on about my question to ER concerning the Waffle side boxcar.

And I quote."Watch our blog for exciting  N Scale releases."

Hopefully that waffle side boxcar is in the future announcements.

I shall pick up a few of these I expect.

I don't think the SOU waffle will be far behind, I'm keen for quite a few of these, and I know Exactrail are aware of high interest in an N scale version.

Cheers,

Kev

I surely hope so..I can use several Southern and NS.

Hardly a NS manifest goes by that doesn't have several waffles lettered Southern and NS.

Full page ad in Nov/Dec NSR also.

I also noticed the subtle slam to BLMA on the Modern Reefer ad as well...
I WANNA SEE THE BOAT MOVIE!

Yes... I'm in N... Also HO and 1:1

I wish Exactrail wasn't so wacky. They make great stuff, but this little spat with BLMA has to end. I don't think they realize just how much Craig is one of us. He is definitely the home team in this dual.

One thing is for sure, they have been much more aggressive with tooling than virtually anyone else in the last year. I think ER is the first company that I wished would reissue existing tooling instead of offer something new.

At some point they'll realize the little digs aren't working with either the intended target or the public and channel that energy toward making products.

I agree..There shouldn't be any digs between these 2 companies.

Exactrail makes nice products and I have several of their cars and plan to buy more but, there are some glaring errors especially on the HO cars.
