You'll have to catch a plane to Australia for this one.

Its a modular display layout put together by Rod Warren. Apparently the canyon scenes were made with real concrete! must be a bear to move and set up!

I've seen this video before. It's quite spectacular.

Drive carefully. It's not only cars that can be "recalled" by their maker.

Concrete?!  Geez, you'd have to get out a masonry bit just to plant a telephone pole.   ;D

The scenery is amazing, but they lost me with the CP Roadrailer... not in the Rockies.

I'm in Onterrible and not totally familiar with BC, but I know CN and CP have a directional running agreement in the Frasier River Canyon. I don't think that this agreement extends into the Thompson and the idea of directional running precludes meets, but CN and CP sharing tracks in the Rockies has been reality for a few years now.

True...each railroad uses the uphill or Eastbound for empties and the downhill or Westbound for loads.

Not to mention the unit grain train with random Potash cars scattered within...

That train came to a _really_ abrupt stop in the siding for the meet. At first I thought the video had started rebuffering....

Nice scenery work though, even though there isn't a siding.

Once the CN and CP leave the Frasier, they both run up the Thompson. Same directional running arrangement.
