Well, I had planned on making all of the modules ready to use. I'll see if I can make kits.

As for other type of modules, count on it! N&W, B&O, D-Type, etc.

I have no drawing currently, but I do have one of the full-size signs at my disposal. I'll own the fact that I'm not that adept at creating cad drawings. If I provide photos, can someone whip one up?

What all will the assembled modules include? I'll need about 6 or 8 bridges for the corridor project, with each bridge being between four and six tracks wide (with the tracks spaced at NTRAK specs, blech).

The module will include a stuffed and soldered PCB with 38ga magnet wires attached. All you need to do is place them behind a TrainCat PRR target.

Hey, Bob - are those the new Panasonic 0402 thins? Pretty darn slick. If you're thinking about doing Type Ds or other color-type signals this way, be forewarned that the "green" in this product line comes in at 572nm, which is for all intents actually a slightly-green yellow. The amber like you have is great, however.

The green you need for signals will be 520-525nm. Unfortunately, Mouser nor Digikey stocks any "true green" or "signal green" in 0402, only offering full reels on special order. Maybe Jim has a source for <11,000 at a time?

The LED's I am using are a special order from the manufacturer since I need them upside-down in the reel for the robot to place them through the hole.

Here are the color specs for the LED's
Red: 625-628nm
Yellow: 589-593nm
Green: 522-527nm

BTW: Jim Hinds has not been involved in this project.
