will there be railwire spys there? Chulvis and Skibbe? Be sure to bring your spy ties ...

We'll be sure to post plenty of spy photos from the hockey game tonight.  No problem.

Skibbe and I usually try and get around to photograph everything and do a show report, so this year won't be any different.

I'm sure the product announcements will be appealing to some and of no interest to others. :D

We'll see soon enough. Setup is tomorrow and we should get a look at stuff tomorrow night.

I will be there and hope to post photos on Saturday.

For those of you from coming from out of town, one of my favorite restaurants is nearby the State Fairgrounds.

Best wishes, Dave

Excellent, wish I could be there (never been to Wisc!) - may the beer be good!

Wash it all down with a Spotted Cow!

Hey, easy now!  ;D

Packing up the van for the trip up. Pulled a 3am night-before-the-show routine doing mostly wiring of turnout controls and a few odds and ends. Train season for me has finally begun.

We won't see any vendor stuff till later tonight. I'll do what I can to get a report up late tonight (after 10pm CT). Some vendors are still setting up on Friday so everything might not be out on display.

We needed another steam engine didn't we?  ;)

I have fond memories of Kopp's Jumbo burgers with the works.  We used to go the original 6005 W. Appleton Ave location.

Tom, Tom, Tom, Just because it's Milwaukee doesn't mean a vendor will surprise everyone with a MILW specific steamer.

Ok...  Gotta be patient here...

Given the fact that I'm mostly interested in hearing about semi-modern gondolas anyway I don't have really high hopes.

I also would not mind seeing more PC&F boxcars and MOW stuff, but nothing likely there either!

Ouch, they stole it from the WKW HO playbook! ;D I wonder how they'll give a 4-4-2 traction ...

Now, to wait for the other promised more broadly appealing announcements. ;)
