Ours is RNLTD...  Report Not Later Than Date.

It's in late June.  I won't be more specific than that.

This reminds me of a scene from the movie, "Airplane!":

Ted Striker: My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow. We're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 1800 hours. We're coming in from the north, below their radar.
Elaine Dickinson: When will you be back?
Ted Striker: I can't tell you that. It's classified.

No worries - just wanted to make sure I got the general idea so that when I travel to Boulder for work I don't get in the doghouse for not, at least, waving in the right direction.

I was with Dave on this...had you said RNLTD I'd have got it too.

But I got another week until I hit my 90 days prior to my DOS, at which point I can start reenlistment paperwork.

As for Col Dave, safe travels for the layout, take it no uHaul/DITY move this time?

The Juniata Division has a future home in Colorado Springs starting late June.

The only downside is that the basement is unfinished...a situation I plan to remedy over the summer.  I have a ton of space to work with, but I also plan to make half the basement a family/game room with a bar, so depending on how we plan it out the layout will probably end up in an oversized bedroom.  Since I don't know what my next move will be after this tour, I have to consider the home's resale value.  Nevertheless, whatever room it gets will be a larger space than it has ever occupied before!

Did I mention it's a walkout basement?

Life is good.

With the extra space maybe another "leg" coming to the Juniata Division?

Maybe...  However, with all the hiking and skiing I plan to do, not sure anything new is going to happen for a while.

Now the NMRA convention can visit your layout and you don't even have to let them in your house. Provided, of course, that you even let them in the basement.

Not such a downside.  Around here, if the basement is finished they tend to have these space wasting items such as home offices, bars, pool/rec rooms, home theaters or exercise rooms.  Everyone knows that such space is much better suited to Horseshoe Curves and 4-track mainlines.

I have a ton of space to work with, but I also plan to make half the basement a family/game room with a bar, so depending on how we plan it out the layout will probably end up in an oversized bedroom.

After prepping the Middle Division portion of the layout a few weeks ago, it was time to assemble a shipping crate for Enola Yard.  Note that I had some clearance issues with a few structures.
