Oh great, just what I need - another PRR bay window caboose (NOT).  Least they could have done is NYC, PC and Conrail and they would have come close as they actually used the bay windows.

Ooooh!  Preston Trailers!!!  The 151 Line returns!  They also ran a lot of Ford conventionals....  Maybe we'll see some of them!  A staple of the mid Atlantic for decades!

Another goose egg from Athearn for me. It's all good as my wallet is being deployed for 86' Auto Parts Boxes for the next few months.

I guess they are trying to see if they can stretch the dormancy of the rib side peak end 70 ton open hoppers to a full six years.

Conrail is in the 1st release:

Wow, PRR bay windows? I mean, foobies are a fact of life (in fact, I'm getting some of the CR ones), but that's nowhere close!

PRR didn't have any?  WTH Athearn? Second run and we're already into Foobies.

Don't worry, they'll never do that.

Vollmer will get one and secretly run it on his layout...but only in the dark, and we'll never see a picture of it.  It will be running behind his 5 stripe Dash 8... :D

I don't mind standin cars that come close but some things just turn me off.  PRR bay window caboose, PRR vistadome passenger car, NYC Hudson painted  PRR are some.  Years ago when I didn't know any better I would probably have jumped on getting one but years later and a ton of reference material, no chance.

Guys. I think the 3 window caboose is the ex-MDC Wood Caboose and NOT the Bay Window.

Right.  These are the 3 window cabeese: http://www.athearn.com/Search/Default.aspx?SearchTerm=3-window+caboose&CatID=TNRF

Note the PRR model coming in July.

Now I don't know what to put behind my PRR Dash 9s.
