Looking for photo in RMC Nov 1976 issue

Folks,

Would anyone happen to have the November 1976 issue of Railroad Model Craftsman in their collection?  There is an article in the issue of a well hole flatcar with a boiler pipe load.  A builder's photo of NYC 499086 is included, and I would like to get a scan of that photo.  RMC no longer has the back issue available.  Thanks.
