And these are no Hillshire farms...  These are made before your eyes in the Polock Johnny's kitchen located in the west side of Lexington Market.  The recipe, of course, is a secret, but you'll find the plump with garlic, and seasoned with all the good things west Baltimore is famous for...  That's right.  Gunpowder and Crystal Meth.
