Nice to see a company doing the right thing - $250 seems a reasonable repro fee especially for non exclusive use. Don't know about the US, but most Australian operators will do anything they can to avoid paying anything but the most minmal of fees.

Having said that, one local got a 1000 mile round trip for two on the Overalnd passenger service between Melbourne and Adelaide as his 'fee' for a couple of images.

One thing puzzles me though. If you get sprung by a law enforcement agency or Homeland Security while taking a picture for 'possible' use by TTX, will they bail you out ;) ?

Maybe not, but you do get to be on cable TV.
