Really? Man that sucks it looked like it ran pretty well on the videos and when I saw demos.

Yeah I have one PDC that could run albeit very herky jerky and the other one sits there with just the lights on not responding to the cab or to any function button press on my DCC Digitrax Superchief.
NZ is a long way from Canada so I guess it got dropped down a chute somewhere. I'll swap  decoders out and see if that helps - they just plug in from memory, taking photos as I go.

I've had to send in the beginning several Rapido cars back. Their stuff gets banged around pretty good in the containers for some reason. They ended up almost recalling all of the first run passenger cars years ago because of the issue.
