Interesting.  The same photo was on the Kato USA site yesterday but today it's gone.  Strange.

Good news hidden in the photo...

At the left side, in the background, is presumably the new E8.

As we expected, but confirmation required, they appear to have corrected the color.

The first runs of E8's were fantastic runners but were a terrible orange-red color.

Wow...

Although the lighting is "moody," the color of the cars looks much better than on the E8s.

To be captain obvious here, it's not really safe to draw any conclusions about color from that pic due to the lighting ... ::)
