Spectrum N 4-8-4 class J steam loco

 I have a Bullet Nose Norfork Western Loco and have been trying to remove the loco shell, no success. Can someone out there give me a clue? Ken???

Welcome.

I've got two of these beauties. I popped the shell off one when I got it, but honestly I can't remember the trick. It's not hard though.

Try the Bachmann board - there are a couple steam-heads that seem to post there regularly.
