I've got the second one already.  The problem with the first one is, after using it you may no longer want to worry about trains.

what about the Portland Terminal Railway?  You can have all the street running, wharfs, connections with three major railroads, (B&M, MEC and GT) a large classification yard and a couple of smaller yards as well.

that incident saved the H-line from being abandoned - a high price to pay for sure, but i'm glad NS still uses the line.
