Did I mention switching scales?  ::)

Don't do it..... N is where its at, unless, of course, you do 1:1.

I too feel like I am losing a friend, although I have never seen your layout. Good luck in your decision making.

Nope... I have yet to make Springfield!

I will be at Timonium in February and most likely in April. Definite for PRRT&HS show in May.

I think I may have figured this one out, thanks to Richie (UP1950s). Jerry already has several "basement businesses" - Desktop Solutions of Pennsylvania and Merchandise Services are two I'm aware of. A certain historical society has been looking for someone to operate a web-based business for quite a while now...

That would all tie together with everything said so far, including the secrecy.    ;)

Jerry is actually secretly dating Angelina Jolie, and he has to make room in the basement to house the kids from Mobutu that'll be moving in...

That didn't lead to the decision, but played a minor role once the decision was on the table. PCM's inability to produce anything quickly led to the cancellation of 23 locomotive reservations once the decision was made. So the "Reservation Meters" take another hit!  :D
