Thanks, I just wish it hadn't been such a crappy day...freaking motion blur. I actually have another one of those I shot Saturday. They seem to be a little common on the Allentown-Baltimore train. I probably have a few more I never even got around to editing, I'll set them aside if I come across any.

No idea. The train works Enola, so they might be getting dropped there for movement farther west.

Not really, no.

Same builder, but about 15-20 years newer.

Walthers's newer 53' Thrall gon would be closer and Modeler's Choice has a laser cut styrene kit for these older SOO Thrall cars. Note the car in the photo is still in (what's left of) its original paint; you can see the older style Thrall builder's logo along the bottom of the car.
