That's an interesting looking GP38-2.  ::)

If you patch something, at least get the road number right. But then again, PC is the easiest thing to patch since Conrail didn't change many PC road numbers! DOPE!

Why not get a $12 undec shell from Atlas and sell the whole thing for $50 with decoder?
