Egads, yet another DC area guy!

Welcome, everyone!  And Bruce, good to see you here.  Get some pictures up of that layout... sounds like you're building the whole WM!

Howdy y'all. I'm new here, I'm Eric. I model currently only in N scale. I love the Southern Pacific, but I dont really model it as I am trying to get a custom model railroad business going. For as long as I can remember, I have been a model railroader, and thats been something on the order of about 11 years now.

My name is dave thomas.  I work for the railroad as a locomotive engineer.  I have been collecting N Scale for about 22 years now with hopes of a layout in the next 20 years.  I am married with 5 kids(daughters) and have 4 grandchildren.  I look forward to meet other N Scalers as well as other Railfans.  Take care and God Bless All!

Hello, my name is Hal. I live in Huntsville, Alabama and I am a mechanical engineer by trade. I've had a lifelong obsession with trains, every since I received my first Lionel set as a child. About 6 years ago, I discovered n scale, and put the O scale trains in the closet. I'm still working on my first permanant layout, and I model semi-freelance Southern/L&N/TAG/NC&STL. I also build plastic aircraft model in 1/48 and 1/72, and like the shooting sports. My roster is pretty sparce compared to most of you gentlemen, 9 diesels and a steam loco, and about 350 freight cars. As of now, my layout consists of Kato track, but ultimately, I'd like to go to code 55.

I have been lurking for a while, but the new login policy forced my hand.  I am yet another Dave from the Northern Virginia area.  My largely unscenicked layout is rather loosely focused on the Western Maryland and Hagerstown, and I am also into TTRAK.

Welcome to the fold, DaveB.  Let's see, with you and Sizemore, I'll only need one more WM guy to have a complete crew...  Two more and we'll have enough to stack the board of directors to stop this Chessie nonsense!

Hello, I am Al, or as I am known in the vast wastes of zee interweb, The Warfish.

I used to love trains, and model railroading.  Somewhere along the way, I seem to have lost that love.

I too am a Northern VA guy.  I know a thing or two about passenger trains.

Oh, and I'm an absolute, unquestionable, certifiable looney.  Just an FYI, of course.

And I'm betting less than 10 people here remember who I am, lol.
