Well,
As of this coming October 1st it will be exactly 5 months of waiting. I sent Mr. Mocalova the original Paypal e-mail receit showning what I had ordered and the amount that's paid to him for the items plus shipping.  I've sent a couple of e-mails since this last one with no responce back. If it's a problem with catching up with backorders the simplest thing to do just notify everyone involved thru e-mail and let them know a lease their not forgotten about and he'll get their orders out with in a certain time frame.
It's almost like he fell off the face of the world. I'm beginning to feel like I'm being screwed out of my money. I see on his website that he's not taking anymore personal orders and just dealing direct with shops. The question though is any of the shops that handle Mocalova Works getting any product from him?? All I order was 14 n scale slab loads. I would of been better off getting Evergreen styrene and making my own. At lease they would of been finished a while ago with no long term waiting.
train nutzzzzzzzz :'( :'(

Train Nutz, open a complain case on the Paypal website and you'll get at least your money back...
...or like in my case an answer on your eMail and the goods in no time !   ;)

Good suggestion.

No matter what I tried, it didn't work, short of getting one of his remaining dealers personally involved. BTW, when my items finally did arrive, most were in no shape or form usable ($60 worth of pipe loads and an auto rack loader). I would have complained, but that would have got me no where. Good luck to you!

I spoke with Kelly at MMW this morning.

Without going into the details of his private life here I will say that he has has a lot of change going on for the past six months.
He told me that he will have all of his direct orders filled in the next two weeks and will then focus only on dealers orders.

Based on what he told me I can really understand how he would feel completely overwhelmed. Like a deer caught in the headlights.

Lets give him some time. He said two weeks and I think he will live up to his word. I've known Kelly for a long time, way before I opened my shop, and have always known him to be honest.

So, before we hang him in effigy lets give him a chance to live up to his word. Two weeks.
