NW SD45 #1728 question...

the NW SD45 #1728 got sometimes in her live a short low hood with a nose light. on this low hood is a "handbrake racket".

question: did they remove the handbrake wheel on the long hood ?

I only have one picture, unfortunately from the wrong side...

thank you for the answer - I did already use a GP30 nose with a nose light... (fortunately same width)  ;)
