The June issue of "The Keystone Modeler" has been posted...

http://prrths.com/Keystone%20Modeler/Keystone_Modeler.htm

"TKM" is a free, online publication of the Pennsylvania Railroad Technical & Historical Society (PRRT&HS).

If you model pre-1968 -- anywhere -- you model the Pennsy! This pub is a great resource for modeling the PRR as your home road or for interchange.

The success of this pub led to the B&O society launching its own eMag... and this month the SCL has launced a similar eMag.

I too, am not much of a Pennsy modeler (although I do model the Lehigh Valley, so I'm close ;) and enjoy the info in each issue.

The B&O folk liked the PRRT&HS publication so much they make their own also. They went to PRRT&HS and got the skinny from them on just how to do a nice online publication.

So if you are of the "I don't model that road but there's good info in there" bent, check out "The B&O Modeler" also.

Regardless of the road or the scale, there is always some great modeling in TKM. That scratch built coal dumper in this issue is an absolutely amazing piece of work!

My point in saying "everyone models Pennsy" was that the Pennsy fleet was so large that their interchange cars appeared nearly everywhere. So if you model pre-1968, you model (or should model) Pennsy in one form or another. TKM tells you how!
